Anyone have any reviews on this place? I want to book (link below) but I cant find any reviews online

Also, I would like any information about the surrounding area? How would I get from here to the tower and Louvre? Thanks !

  1. Have a look at www.venere.com for hotel reviews. The underground in Paris is very easy and efficient. When in Paris you can get a map of the underground and it tells you what station to get off to see these attractions. It doesen't take long to get to all the attractions from anywhere in Paris. Montmarte is very arty and quite attractive. Lots of cafe's and interesting side streets. My husband and I walked around a lot and found it very easy.

To get from there to the Tour Eiffel you would walk to the Brochant  Metro station and take Metro line 13 marked "Direction : Chatillon Montrouge" to the Invalides stop and change to the RER C marked "Direction : Versailles-Rive Gauche" and take it to the Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel stop.

To get to the Louvre you can walk to the Legendre bus stop (a one minute walk from the hotel) and take the #74 bus marked "Direction:Hotel de Ville" which will take you directly to the Louvre (about a 30 minute ride). Alternatively you can take the same Metro as for the Euffel Tower but take it this time to the Champs-Elysees-Clemenceau stop and change for Metro Line 1 marked "Direction : Chateau de Vincennes" tp the Louvre stop. (this is a bit faster but the bus ride is actually quite pleasant and you get to see the city from ground level).

  3. Hi, Your hotel location is Avenue de Clichy, Metro Station : Brochant (Line 13),

Direct with "Champs Elysées-Clemenceau", with "Invalides",( from Subway Invalides/Station to Eiffel Tower, you can go walking, it's not far and very nice, I know well, it's my district)

with many touristic area, no problem, in the Metro Station take a small map of subway, It's easy if you buy a pass for several days, you can ride with subway and Bus,  The surrounding area "Majestic Montmartre" is not very very safe in the night, you must be careful after 10 pm,  Welcome in Paris !
