Hotel/Motel near Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto?

I am looking for a hotel/motel near the ricoh coliseum....I would prefer the closest possible as I am going in June and dont want to drive to the stadium, and would prefer to walk there. Does anyone know of the closest hotel/motel to the stadium?

there are some places in the King St and simcoe st area

of toronto which would be close to the ex grounds

I thnk there is a holiday inn on King street
