Hotel Oaks Goldborough , Darling Harbour ,Sydney Aus?

Question

We will be spending 4 nights here in Oct 2008 ,,,I've just read some of the Reviews on Trip Adviser ,,,and now really concerned about the cleanliness and condition of the hotel.

As this is part of an organised trip ,changing is not an option.

Panic !!!

Has anyone stayed here really recently ? have the apts been refurbished?
