Hotel Samos - Magaluf - Airport transfer?

Question

Has anyone stayed at the hotel samos in magaluf and paid for the airport transfer service they offer, so you are picked up from the airport on arrival and taken back to the airport for departure? If so, how long before check in time does the transfer pick you up from your hotel?

I dont know about the transfers but i stayed there about 5 years ago and we were robbed,our room was broken in to during the day and we lost jewelry and cash but when we reported it to the hotel management they couldn't have cared less and virtually told us as much , they were most unhelpful and almost seemed to be happy about it. The hotel it self is OK , a nice enough standard hotel for Magaluf but beware  about the staffs attitude and dont leave valuables in your room.You have been warned
