Hotel Shanghai, recommendations? ($60 USD per night)?

Question

Will be in Shanghai in 2 weeks time, for 4 nights,

Will be 3 young adults, hoping to get 1 room for around $60 USD per night. (1 big bed is enough). Cheaper would be better of course

Language isn't a problem. (I can't, but friends speak mandarin as well)

Wont be using gym or eating at hotel, but would use swimming pool/bowling etc

As close to the shanghai shopping, nightlife (bund?) as possible, just where all the fun and attractions are, but we're not wanting to be tourists! :D

Any hotels people recommend, or hotels that should be avoided?

PS: Yes I am aware of some hotel review sites, but wanting better/more advice.
