is anyone able to tell me how old you have to be to stay in a hotel abroad without an 18+ in the group?

  1. You are considered an adult at 18 in Spain so you need money to pay the hotel


  2. I did fine staying at youth hostels mostly when I was 16.  With a limited number of friends and we didn't p**p in our own nest. (we didn't party or get loud at the hotel)

  3. Most hotels consider 12 to be the maximum age of kids, and kids below 12 need a parent to stay with them at the hotel. So I guess, you must be at least 13 years of age to be able to stay by yourself at most hotels.
