Hotel exterier is very impotant to you ?

I have small hotel and I want to know is it relay important to do exterior work or improve in guest rooms.

It depends how I search the hotel. If I just go along - I find the exterior very important, but if I search the web (where are just photos of interior presented) it should be not so important.

The rooms are the most important to me. If you've got problems with the exterior but the rooms and service are excellent, you'll get comments that are generally positive. If you've got a perfect exterior, but the rooms and service are substandard, you'll get negative comments. Work on the rooms first, build up your business, and then you can work on the exterior esthetics. If very little of your business is likely to be walk-up or drive-by people, the first impression of the place is not likely to be so important.
