Hotel housekeeping?

why don't people hire my at a hotel for housekeeping is it because im 16 but i tried 3 times and they don't call me back but i e mail them and the job has been opens so many times

Best to go there!  Walk in and ask for whoever is in charge, the manager would be best.  Tell them that you`ve tried 3 times to get a hold of them, and you really want the job, and you`ll work the first day free, to show them how hard you work.   Sometimes you have to show them how bad you want it.
