Hotel in Paris? Recommendations? City Centre?

Question

Going to Paris at end May with 21 yr old daughter. Going to Euro Disney for one day. Need nice hotel in Paris - perhaps next to train station? or in city centre area. 3 star only. Prefer Boutique hotel. Any ideas of where the best place to stay would. Nice area with cafes etc. Nothing too expensive

I'll suggest you hotel Ascot Opera -rue Monsigny no.2. It's a small one, but in a very safe area, very well located, close to the main beauties of Paris. As for a "train"=metro? station, you have "4 Septembre" just at the street's corner (1 minute walking).
