Hotel staff member??

Question

I have to mail something to a staff member at a hotel, however I don't have his last name and I don't have a way to contact him. I want to ensure that package gets there, however. Will the hotel give me his last name for this purpose or no?

i am coming from the hotel industry ( Sharm El Sheikh - Red Sea Egypt )  and i know that this gets very good respond from the hotels when they receive gifts fr their staff that means that staff managed to please the guest meaning good reputation for the place , in this case contact the guest relation office and tell them you have good memory from the hotel and explain about the person you want to know his name to put it in good-comment letter for the hotel and send the package you want to the person directly

if this in Sharm el Sheikh i could get you the person name if you have the hotel name and his department and any details about him
