Sorry, but Hotel Twin Dolphin do not exist anymore.

Almost two years ago was sold and demolished, now the new owners are working in a new and big resort, but don't know the name yet.

Have you tried googling it?  Or see if you can find the tourist bureau in cabo and email them.  Maybe a local travel agent can find it for you.
