Hotels, Holiday apartments etc.?

Would they let 2 16 year olds stay without parents? one of which nearly 17?

Most travel agents will only accept a booking if there is someone is over 18 years of age.

Not unless you have an adult sign for it!!!  They have a hard enough time letting 18 year old kids staying at a hotel but you can always look up the hotel chain your wanting to stay at and view their policy's. Or call them.  Most likely though you'd need to get an 18 year old or older to sign for it, b/c you do need a Legal  adult.  As you'll see on line they won't let you put in 0 adults.
