Hotels in Maui?

Question

Has anybody stayed at The Kaanapali Beach Hotel? I found a package for a week for about $3000. My fiance & I are going to get married on the beach so I'm looking for a cool but not TOO pricey hotel that also does weddings on the sand. I want a hotel for sure, not a condo. One with at least a restaurant & some entertainment. Any suggestions? It will be in July.

The best hotel I ever stay at in hawaii was the Kahala Mandarin Oriental. Yes, it can be pricey so try to get a group rate for the wedding. You will not regret it.  Have fun!
