$400/night is a high budget- you will definitely be able to get more than a standard room at most hotels.  Here are some options

Bellagio upgrades  check out the Deluxe Lakeview room and the Tower deluxe King room

Mandalay Bay has a ton of room options arranged by price.  Check out the Vista Suite views!  Also check out "THEsuite" (1st on list), it is less expensive, but beautiful.

Treasure Island also has seven very nice suite options- check the Petite Suite and the tower suite

MGM Grand is a fan favorite with many types of rooms to choose from

Planet Hollywood has some great rooms. Unfortunately the Panaorama suites are out of your price range, but you could take a look at the strip suites- take a look at the view of Bellagio out the window!

If you are willing to stay off of the strip just a little bit, you could check out the Palms.  It seems like that hotel is party central.  You could try the Junior Suite, there are also other suites but I can't find a rate on them.
