Hotels in the Dominican Republic?

What is a good family-friendly hotel in the Dominican Republic that offers all-inclusive packages and are not too over crowded with tourists? Are there any gems out there worth trying out?

I went to the lifestyle beach resort and spa resort, and it was great. we went with go travel direct, but you should defiinetely look it up!

My family and I just recently came but from Sunscape Casa del Mar in La Romana. I am 17 and my brother is 14, so very family friendly. All inclusive.

-You can fly into La Romana and take a taxi, 20 minutes from hotel

-Really nice pools, and beach

-Activities surpassed all of our expectations! The event staff were the nicest people, and really made every activity fun, for every age.

-Food was good. Restaurants, and a buffet that's open all day.

-Employees were wonderful! Helped with anything we needed.

-Definitely the best experience!!

we are staying at the dreams resort in punta cana this june for our honeymoon. they have a kids area and sounds like it is both adult and kid friendly. they also have the largest pool in the Caribbean!!! 7 resturants to chose from, casino, nightly shows and etc.

-Puerto Plata Village in Playa Dorada (Puerto Plata)is a decend 3 star hotel who is very good for the kids (Family)

-Boutique Hotel "Sosua By the Sea" in Sosua is also good but is a 90 room hotel so smaler with 1 private beach
