Hotels near Hannover Messe? Last minute reservations :-/?

Question

I am searching for a hotel that is not expensive, and also with easy access to Hannover Messe via Public Transport.

I am making the reservations at the last minute, so most close hotels will be booked I am sure.

Even if it takes a long time to get there on the train, will it be worth saving the money for the rental car?

You can do an area-wide quote and sort the results by price.  Head over to http://wwwresideo.com/de/hannover and click the "Check Availability" button.  Choose your dates, submit the form, then sort by price -- that'll put the cheapest places first, and show you how far away each hotel is from city center.
