oooh, I can answer this one with total authority!  I stayed at the Fastotel last week, which is within walking distance (ok, a bit of a hike but doable) from Blagnac, which is the Toulouse airport.

Fastotel is a motel, cheap but very clean and the owners were lovely.

If you have a bigger budget, there is a newish Holiday Inn isn't far either
