Hotmail invitations problem?

I'm running a long established Yahoo mail group, but have noticed recently that invitations sent out to hotmail addresses are not recieved by applicants. The same invitation sent to non-hotmail addresses are recieved and responded to, but I can't get the information to hotmail users.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and is there any way I can get around it (other than recommending users to avoid Hotmail?).

it's a hotmail issue- they always seem to conflict with Yahoo generally. invites are also glitchy since Feb.

hopefully you don't have a closed group- if it's not a closed group, log onto your group, copy the link in your browser and paste it to e-mail and send it that way

There could be some technical issues with Hotmail that are ongoing.  I would recommend contacting a Yahoo Groups customer service representative as well to let them know what's going on to see if they might be able to help you figure out what could be causing the problem.
