Hotmail isn't working ? Help Please !?

Well I am using my parents computer right now. But on my computer only my main/home page works. But when I try to go to hotmail and other websites, It doesnt work. It tries to load but my page just stays blank.

Its been like this for a week.

What can I do. Is there something wrong with my computer?

I really need help, it is geting on my nerves.

You should ask your parents. They may have put a parental block on your computer because you've been naughty, naughty.
