Hotpoint Mistral fridge freezer frost free Model...

Question

Freezer seems to be working fine.
Fridge is war, almost tropical 23deg. Have cleaned out the back, fa, and front but still not working.
No instructions as bought off a friend.
Any ideas on part I need.
