Who's the hottest female character in any of the Star Trek series ever? It has to be a regular/recurring cast member, not a once-or-twice guest star. (For example, you can't pick Famke Janssen or Ashley Judd.)

the hottest is probably Seven of Nine; hot blond tight cat suit. Although I perfer B'Elanna over Seven anyday. She is SOOO s**y when shes mad (which happens a lot). Shes got brains too. Oh man I wish I worked in Engineering :)

I have to agree that Ensign Ro from NexGen worked for me.  Of couse 7 of 9, but in her case it needs an asterix.  If you've seen Jeri Ryan in other shows, you know that 7 of 9 wins for hottest COSTUME, if you know what I mean.
