the hour glass won't go off my mp4 playerok I have the same problem Innovage mp4 video player 1 gig. when trying to turn the player on the only thing that comes on is some little hour glass. I tried the heating with the hair dryer and believe it or not that worked. so I went in and cleared the memory. player fully charged, no media of type loaded. powered off according to post instructions, but still will not come back on unless I use the hairdryer to warm the outer case. what the flip kinda junk have I bought. any help would be much appreciated.
