Hourly charge for creating a website?

Some lady saw my mom's website and asked me to create a website for her business, I have no idea how much to charge. Any ideas?

75 to 150 an hour and up.

If this is going to be something simple you might just consider a contract rate.

If this is your first website, keep it low!  Perhaps maybe 50 bucks flat rate with an hourly wage of $10 an hour!
