House cleaned?? How much should it cost to have my 2160 sq ft house cleaned?

We live right outside of Chattanooga, TN in a suburb called Ooltewah.

I own and operate a residential cleaning service here in Chicago, so rates may be more or less where you live.  Either way, most housekeeping services including my own out here charge anywhere from $90 - $100 for your homes size and depending on the condition of your home at time of cleaning.  

Make sure however that you find a service that charges a "flat" rate rather than hourly, because you find many times companies who charge by the hour really "milk the clock". (not all, but I have known a few to do so)

You can also get cleaning services to give you a lower rate by eliminating certain rooms.  For example:  If your home is 4bd 3.5 bath, maybe decide not to have a couple of the bedrooms cleaned and that will bring down the rate.

Make sure to ask questions and shop around in your area for the best rates.
