what is a good website to design rooms/houses for fun that is free

i don't know of any sites that are free, but if you want to spend a little money buying software, i recommend 'PUNCH PROFESSIONAL HOME DESIGN'  it is really cool, but i got it a couple of years ago so they probably have better stuff out now.

Home plan pro is pretty good and free, www.homeplanpro.com , you can also look at sketchup, and smartdraw - both free.

Look at :

Once you are finished designing and need to make them construction drawings look at sites such as mine- http://www.houseplanarchitect.com where you can have an Architect make affordable custom plans for you.
