House gecko help?

Well I was given a house gecko by my roommate. And it looks like I got a pregnant female. I noticed the 2 eggs in her a few days ago. And when I was cleaning this morning I found one of the eggs. What should I do with it? I know how to care for the mother but eggs are a bit beyond me. Help!

  1. If your gecko was caged with a male before you got her, then the eggs are probably fertile.  However, even if she was caged alone, she can lay eggs though they won't be fertile.

If she has been by herself, you can just throw the eggs out (and all the following batches that she'll lay).  If she was with a male, you might just try leaving them in the cage to see if they hatch because all the set-up to build your own incubator or even to buy one is going to cost alot of money and is really only worth it if you're planning to breed and sell large numbers of house geckos.
