House loan!!!! help!!!???!!!!?

hello , to cut to the chase..

i live in the expensive city of San Diego , and I've been living in apartments my whole life. My Dad has a separate apartment in the complex one block away from us where he also has his home office. He makes pretty good money , and my mom helps him aswell.. as a secretary. But she is a Dentist in Mexico too , except she left that job to be here with me and my sister. anyway , in my apartment it's me , my sister , and my mom. it's one bedroom and me and my sister share a room , and my mom sleeps on the coach. I'm sick of this lifestyle because i know we can afford a house and not have to live like this. I don't want to get picked up for from living in apartments... and i want to be able to have slumber parties and everything. But my dad is just too stubborn and won't give in. I want change. I want to call the bank and ask them for a Bank Loan so my dad can buy a house but I really don't know what to do or what I'm getting myself into. What do i do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

It's usually against housing codes for more than two people per bedroom. If mom is illegal this could be quite a can of worms for you ALL.

I totally agree with Jeanne! however, sometimes people dont think they can afford a home but they can. you could try googling about FHA loans (for families that have less than 20% money down). also, they have lots of government grants that can help first time home buyers.

Also, im from San diego, born and raised and my sister lived in Santee in low income housing. the rent was a percentage of what you make and so it can be really low. maybe your family can look into that for a bigger apt at same or less cost and can maybe save more money per month. The apt are on Carlton Oaks Dr near where the 125 ends. good luck and do learn all you can :)

You cannot get a loan for another person (your parent), they have to apply for it and sign the papers.  The thing for you to do is to get a good education so that you can get a  good job when you grow up and afford your own house.
