You dont need any international dialling code from Belfast to england (if you in england) Ringing to belfast is 028 . Just like London is 020.

00353 etc is from the republic

You don't say where you live, where she will be phoning to.  If you are in UK, she just needs the local code plus your phone number.  Outside UK,  00 for international + country code, then the rest of the number, omitting the first 0 of the local code.  For example, to phone Ireland 013 123456 phone 00 (international) 353 (Ireland) 13 123456  giving you

00353  13 123456

Many telephone directories include the country code for international calls

If you are in the UK, she just needs to use your local area code. Otherwise, she will have to use the prefix +44

if you're living in england then she'll have to put 0044 before your number!!

if you're living in Ireland then you put 00353 and then the area code for your county!
