House party ideas???

i'm a girl, turning 14 next month.

and i dont have any ideas.

I'm throwing a medium-sized house party (maybe 35 people?). any party foods??? ideas?? whatesoever???

help??? all i know is where gonna drink beers and rent a karaoke..

skip the beer part. it's overrated. instead do something like having a formal dinner party where everyone gets dressed up like they're going to the Oscars.  Send engraved invitations, have your dad open the car doors when your friends get dropped off, make your mom walk around with a tray of appetizers.  And then you should make a fabulous, fashionably late entrance to your own party set to the best music you can think of.

Sweetheart, beer is gross and makes you at. Just have a normal party celebrating the young woman you are turning into. Have chips and dips, or make your own tacos . And just have a good time. Rent a movie all of you like or something.
