  1. No one can really say for sure but I think we are looking at 2010 before things settle and I really believe prices will not go as high as they were at their peak 2007 into 2008.


  2. I take it your thinking of selling i don't know 1 house that is worth what they are selling for if anything they should go down give people a chance to get on the ladder.

  3. TBH I don't really care, I ain't planning on selling, I plan to stay here, as long as I got a roof over my head I'm happy.

  4. They will one day, but not soon.  Maybe after about 2 years.
