incomplete question, dear sir. the rates and calculation are different in different states. u had to write in which city is your property located. only then a calculation can be made. for exapmple Delhi is devided in six groups  A B C D E F and the rates in all these six groups are different. so a general question wont help you atll all. u have to give full details. in case u dont want to give out such personal details, then u can go the muinicipalty office of your city and find out.
