In most companies, the Chief Housekeeper reports directly to the Hotel Director, and has his Assistant Housekeepers who reports directly to him and manage the Stewards / Stewardesses, who take care of the daily cabins cleanliness, laundry services, put all messages inside the cabins, ecc.

It is just like the Housekeeping Department.
