Houseplant Identification???

Question

I have a few houseplants that I can't identify. Can anyone identify these...

With this one his cane broke in transport and were trying to figure out what he is to save his life..

And this one we think is an aloe but the Houseplant Bible that we have says it's an Agave. So now were confused.

And we need to know how to repot him.

1.Dumb cane (Dieffenbachia).

2.Sweetheart plant (Philodendron scandens)

3.Could be a Stag's Horn fern?

4.An agave is an aloe,an aloe is an agave.Both similar,Agaves have "Teeth" more widely spaced and striped leaves.
