I have sent loads of letters to them asking for help to be honest I'm really fed up with it all not even a solicitor seems to be able to help.

I have been severly flooded twice in 5 year and didnt have insurance(I do now) I lost everything 2 yrs ago, the best response i have had so far was to find alterantive accomodation (meaning to quit my tennacy) I've been a council/housing association tenant for 17yrs and thats the response i get.

My garden is awful and there is lots more besides i dont know how to begin or even end im so stuck with it and it gets me really down.

Does anyone know how i can get the ball rolling to get this sorted?

Please no silly answers or little sly remarks just plain ole simple help/advice. Thank you in advance xx

  1. In Australia but we have a tenancy advise beareau that helps mediate between tennants and landlords (yes even housing association) I'd be calling legal aid or community help to find out who your advocate is, or failing that write your local member, govt departments don't like that much I believe, send all your paperwork, and CC everything to your housing association as well so they know you have contacted your member.
