Housing communities in Las Vegas?

I am looking for a housing community in the Las Vegas area. Does anyone know of any good communities? My price range is at least a minimum of $400,000

Housing has dropped due to the ecoonomy

I got a $300000, for $255,000 in Oct.

So you will actually be getting a better house than you  expect for the $4 that you have to pay.
