Houston Electrical Providers..?

TXU, Direct Energy, or Green Mountain? Which have you had the best experience with? Cheapest?

Issues at Spark Energy is news to me and I have had them as my provider for around 3 years.

I represent the largest CREP (competitive retail electric provider) in Texas.

My rates are lower and I do believe my 16.9 cents/kWh 1 yr is the lowest GREEN rate in Houston today.

Remember to read the facts label. Some companies charge a flat monthly rate just for being their customer. Now isnt' that nice. *cough*direct energy*cough

The cheapest isn't always the best. google who just won a an award for customer service innovation.

Who wants to wait on the phone for hours when you just want to know when your contract ends. That should be something that a company should be able to pull up on the fly.
