  1. MD ANDERSON is....NOT in Centeral TEXAS. There's no way of knowing at this time...Chances are there will be heavy rain, but flooding is unknown.

  2. Best of luck with the cancer treatments!!

I wouldn't cancel your appointment yet, things *SHOULD* be fine, MDA is far enough north and Houston/Galveston isn't preparing for a direct hit unless Gustov changes direction(you will know more Sun night/Mon morning).  Pending something like what happened with Allison where it sits above us dumping rain, there shouldn't be a problem.

Best of luck with your travels.

  3. I would wait and see.   I know if heavy rain in the area it will flood.

I am sure they will reschedule your treatments.  lets hope it will not come to that.

  4. It has the potential to flood anywhere in Houston... Its just how its built. I would stay in contact with the apointments dept at Anderson to see what they are going to do, and what they advice. I live in pasadena right outside of houston and I think the most we will get is rain. But just keep watching the weather if it stalls over the top of Texas then its a poss. of flooding in more places then just houston. Just be careful : )
