ok im having a rockstar themed party in houston, i need a food place that is glamourous and rockstary and not a bar. not too expensive though.

Definitely the Hard Rock Cafe, but they do serve liquor there, although it is a restaurant.

Call Emporio Brazilian Cafe. They are awsome.. Their food is sososos good they have the best strognoff... cod fish.. the best top sirilon. and the price is not bad... check it out. it's on westheimer going towards high way 6
