Hover Lite spins counter clockwise

Question

It's hard to imagine that someone actually has one of these things that flies correctly. My Hover Lite helicopter does nothing but spin counter clockwise. I tried their solution of adjusting the potentiometer to the right, but that does nothing to improve the flying. I even tried turning it to the left, just to see, but of course that didn't work either. I feel like I wasted my money. Is there an easy fix to the problem? 95shadow
