How, when & from where can I get scholarships for college?

I am going to be senior in high school. If I apply for some scholarship now, will I get it before applying for a college?

You are smart to be thinking about that now. The best thing you can do is  start compiling all of the free information that you can. Although I'm not sure of the exact guidelines because they differ, you can still go over the requirements when you apply.
