  1. People just want to feel like they've been "heard", so validate their feelings.  You don't have to agree with them, just show some empathy for how they feel and reflect that back to them.  Tell them you will most certainly "look into it" (whatever it is) and that you are very concerned about the customer's upset.  If you show respect and concern, they may calm down since that's all they were looking for to begin with.

    You have to use tact and try to take care of the customer while protecting the business interests and not letting the customer take too much advantage.

First of all,remember, customer's always right....terrible but true..lol......I learned that the first thing you do it's listen,listen and then...tell them you are very sorry for the inconvenient....and offer a solution if you want the customer to keep on calling and getting your services...after that...you can say goodbye and start yelling by yourself!!!
