  1. get rid of the staff and get a vaccum instead.

    Seriously, pay them pro-rated on the basis of performance.


  2. Sack one or two to show the rest that you mean business.

    I had this problem before, and I just got rid of them for the rest to behave themselves.  It work well especially so when the economy isn't that good.

  3. Fire her/him.

  4. if they are lazy meaning poor performance. so give them a warning if still no improvement, u can fire them.

  5. You shld give them warning first.. and if they don't listen.. fire them.. tell them.. how many thousands of ppl are looking for jobs now...

    They shld be glad that they have a job with them...

  6. Try to talk to them nicely and let them know you have big concern about their attitude, and you are serious in looking for motivated hardworking staff. Try to motivate them to work hard with incentives that they care about.

    If this does not work, fire them and look for one who can be motivated.

  7. Threaten to fire them unless they work their A S S off!!!
