Shoplifting is a crime punishable by imprisonment.  Sue those thieves so they will not do it again. Some people do it not realizing its consequences. If the law will be applied on them, these shoplifters will learn their lesson.

put a sign on the door telling everyone that you also still have to pay for the stuff in here and you also have a family that you have to feed .  if they want the convenience of your store  please understand this then put up mirrors so that you can see everywhere

Put CCTV... put up those CISCO signs, sercurity signs.. it keeps them away from your stores..

IF it has happened and u caught them before.. then maybe install magnetic doors.. where you can lock it from where u are and keep them in stores..
