  2. just keep practing going farther and farther everyday, and stretch until you get a perfect 6 o' clock! that's basically all you can do. working your splits should help too.

    also a thing i used to is stetch my 6 o' clock against the wall. you just put your butt against the wall and put your hands on the floor. then slide your leg up the wall (right or left, depending which one you want to work on) and do that until your 6 o clock is flat against the wall!  

  3. practice+stretching=splits

    wall+split= 6 o'clock :)

    splits+hyperextention=7 0'clock haha
