You need to apply for a "mailbox" which is a company that gives you a mail address in America and then provides shipping to you from there to Egypt.

Some companies will even give you an apartment number in the address as if you actually lived there. which tricks some of the companies who don't like to mail overseas or to post boxes.

try a company called PMI but there are many companies providing this service..compare costs! some are alot more exspensive but also most of them will not pay the customs charges as like any other package delivered to egypt..so expect that extra kick in your wallet when your stuff arrives.

Customs on 4 DVD's set me back 75 egyptian pounds...won't do that again.
