Try this website, it's called as seen on screen www.asos.com it sells clothes that look like what the celebs are wearing right now, as for the make up you should go to boots or debenhams, and take the picture to the cosmetic counter, and you may get a free consultation where they will tell you what would suit you etc, I'm sure they would be able to give you an idea of the colours she is wearing :)
