well i recently bcame a vegetarian but not bcuz of w8 but anyways i would lik 2 lose lik 10 lbs soo like wat can i do

  1. Proper diet and exercise is key. Becoming a vegetarian automatically drops some pounds because meat products are what makes you gain weight. But I'd be careful. It's possible that you can become undernourished because you're not getting enough protein (which usually comes from meat) and other essential vitamins. If that does happen you can become very ill. Just stick to lean items and exercise as often as you can.


  2. lower your calorie intake and increase the amount of exercise you do.  

  3. Obviously, diet and exercise does the trick.  Burn more calories than you intake.  

  4. Speak to your parents and doctor first before you attempt to lose weight.  None of us knows your medical history or whether you need to lose.  It's dangerous for kids your age to take weight-loss advice online.

  5. some fruit have more energy then others. but if you ask me your question sounds borderline anorexic. being vego is healthy enough so make sure your excersing

  6. becoming veggi should do the trick

    just do a high carb diet with lots of fruit and veg

    oh and drink loads of water
