How 2 report a G1 driver who drives alone?

Because my aunt, is a really bad driver who is always drunk and driving. How do i report this, shes been driving with only g1 for 3 years and im afraid of lives getting lost soon. I fould this out a month ago.

You can report her to your local police .  Do it anonymously if it makes you feel better
