1st- decide what kinf of biz you wanna do.. the product you wanna sell or servce you wanna offer.

2nd- make sure haf a business plan.

3rd- register with gov. http://www.acra.gov.sg/company/......

(email them for more info wether isit applicable to e-business)

(*u still need to register yr e-biz according to acra).

4th- make sure you have a good website that is user-friendly, easy to navigate and interesting.

5th- find someone or a company that can maintain your website to always be on the first few pages on the search engines and to get qualified traffic.
