  1. Employee orientation at Kroger is extremely boring.  It takes about 4 hours.  You don't need to bring anything.  You have to watch a ton of videos about the company's history, policies, etc.  And be ready for writer's cramp; you have to sign what seems like 10,000 pieces of paper.
